They're sweet people but their service is very slow. It's a good price for a service that's actually hard to come by to craft windows. The calling back is terrible. The phone calling back and forth was really lacking. They're small and locally-owned which I liked. They have good craftsmanship. We have the ancient windows and they were able to make it an exact match. It seems to work fine. They showed up on time.

We were very happy with the entire process, which took place over two weeks. Nice staff, on time every day, professional work. I thought it would be very stressful because we have full occupancy, but everything went very smoothly, with no complaints from the tenants.

I gave them the go ahead on Monday, August 6th after getting the last of the other estimates. On Monday August 20th I had an early call saying they were ready and could beginning installing that day. The worked Monday and Tuesday and completed the job. Mid-process I also asked to have a small back window replaced as it was also falling apart and they added and delivered this at the same time. They did a very good job and the service was just excellent.

THE INSTALLER CLEANED UP THE WOOD CHIPS AROUND THE WINDOW SEALS, AND EVEN VACUUM THE AREA AROUND THE FLOOR. THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY NICE OF THEM TO POLISH ALL THE WINDOWS, WHICH MADE THEM LOOK SMOOTH, REFINED, AND GLOSSY.
