CALIFORNIA SHOWER DOOR

Obtained an estimate from several companies and chose California Shower Door because the representative who measured took time to explain all my options and patiently answer my questions & I felt they had the product I wanted.  I had previously gone to their showroom to look at the two or three glass door options, investigate towel bars, door hardware for opening and everyone was tremendously helpful.
Between the companies their bid was the middle one, and ultimately it proved a good choice for quality of the door and I continue to be very happy with it.
Installer arrived on time and gave me full instructions on care and maintenance.

Ben came in December 2012 to give an estimate but said the bathroom needed repairs done first or there might be problems with installation. I had tub area repaired and retiled. Ben checked measurements a second time another day just to be sure as measurements were non-standard. Shower door looks great!

Same as my first experience with this company a year earlier, everything was scheduled and completed very promptly. I had a different estimator and a different installer but the level of service was at the same high quality I had experienced earlier.

The entire experience was very pleasant. Speaking with the office to set up the estimate and installation was very straightforward. The estimator was very helpful in letting me know what my options were and letting me know on the spot the price differences associated with the different options. The installers were on time, very professional, and did a great job. I think from start to finish I got my new shower door installed in less than a week. I'm writing this review after I've used this company again for a second shower door about a year later.

Easy process. Got an initial quote, scheduled a measurement, and then install date. Good experience, no complaints.

looks great! Quality door. Installer did a nice job. They are a little hard to get a hold of-you havr to call them and then the estimator calls you to schedule a home visit. ZOnce that's done everything went very smoothly.

It went okay. It seems all companies seem to underestimate the time of service. They did a price match of a lower priced bid I got from a company that my friend recommended. This is the company my contractor likes to use, so we went with them. I guess there was some communication issues with someone who was new and the regular staff. I would not have gotten what I originally asked for, if I had not double checked. There were a couple of minor blemishes, but not enough of an issue for me to have corrected. However, I was very surprised that the shower leaks in 3 different places were it was siliconed at the base. Again, not a major deal, since I can put some more silicone down, but I should not really have to since part of the payment is installation.

The estimator was late; however, he seemed efficient when he came to measure. Thereafter, the company sent me an estimate with approximate time and money, and I signed the contract, and the door came even earlier than expected. The installer was friendly and efficient, and he did a very good job. I was very satisfied.

VERY GOOD QUALITY DOOR AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. ESTIMATOR/MEASURER WAS NOT PUNCTUAL, BUT WAS COURTEOUS AND ACCURATE. INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND CLEANED UP SUFFICIENTLY.
