William Cai is the owner and he is a one man show. I don?t think he takes big projects. The price that he charged was relatively inexpensive. I haven?t had plumbing work done in a long time. I expected to pay more and so I felt that his price was reasonable. However, I don?t know the rate for fixing plumbing issues. My experience with him was very good. He was a very friendly guy. He answered the phone when I called. He came when I asked him to come out. It wasn?t an emergency and so he didn?t have to come right away. He came on a certain day and at a certain time. So that was excellent to begin with because people usually don?t come at the time they say they are going to come. He did the work and he left without messing around. He cleaned up after himself. The work has been good so far. He speaks Cantonese in addition to English. He did his work well and he was clean. I would use his services in the future too.
