John was very responsive. He got back to me within an hour of my post. He did works at my 90 year old father's house and was very friendly and courteous. He was there on time and had all of the parts he needed to do the job. He also had a very fair price. We will definitely use his services again. Next time it will be a bigger job because he has been in the business for over 30 years and was clearly very skilled in his trade

The quality was good and he seemed to know what he was doing. He did a good job. He is polite and careful. He was also clean and considerate.
