POn Time, performed the work properly and efficiently and did charge an arm and a leg.

He does quality work, He strives to be on time and with his on call job this is very difficult. He works very hard. He takes pride in his business and will work late into the evening. If there is a problem with the work he will take care of it. His prices are in line and usually less than most repair services. Always a gentleman. A Good guy who Loves German Shepards.

He is always very good, prompt and professional.

I am clearly unhappy with the way it turned out. Especially since this was the first time I relied on Angie's List for a referral. The business skills, showing up on time, written invoice, etc. were all up to par. The tool malfunction I could almost put up with, but it became clear to me that he didn't have the most experience with this type of problem and I wish he had walked away from the job.

The other company (not C&C) had ordered the wrong part and had banged the range out of whack trying to get the wrong part to fit in. Second company (not C&C) was unable to undo the damage. Flavio of C&C (the third company) figured out the problem, ordered the correct parts, undid the damage the other company had done, and got everything to fit and work properly. He is extremely polite, knowledgable, clean, does a great job, and was even very sweet to my dog. I would hire him for any appliance repair. I found him through my home warranty plan (Old Republic), so I only had to pay the $50 fee. I'm not sure how much the actual labor and parts would have cost me without my insurance plan.
