Tim Brown and his team helped me in many areas, from evicting the most fraudulent and dishonest tenant that I have ever had, to selling my house in a timely manner. Tim's broad experience in dealing with bad tenants, as well as his extensive knowledge in real estate transactions in San Francisco, was truly amazing. After my tenant was finally evicted through the court process, Tim brought in his team of outstanding contractors to restore the house quickly, and he directed his team to ensure that the quality of the repair work was to my satisfaction. As a result, I was able to sell my house very quickly and at a great selling price of more than 20% over and above my expectations. Needless to say, I am very grateful to Tim and his associates, as well as his team of contractors. They are true professionals and the best in the Bay area.
