BRIGHT PLUMBING

I have had no hassle with them at all. They offer very good service and have been very helpful to me. When they came out to replace pipes I had 2 days to complete the job and they came out and finished it no problem. They are a bit expensive, but out of all the plumbers in the San Francisco area I think that they are the best.

The plumber arrived on time, without the proper parts, even though I told them, at the time of making the appointment, that I had the model numbers of each faucet if they wanted them. No they didn't need that information. An attempt was made to repair one of the shower valves; it didn't fix it. The second valve was obviously in need of replacement (as I had requested). The plumber left to get the cartridges for both showers. He was gone for most of an hour. He then re-did the first valve and fixed the second. The bill included the time to get parts with the excuse that he needed the model number in order to get the right ones. When he and the home office were asked about this, I was told that is the way they charge. At $135 per hour. We paid for the parts trip and for doing the one valve twice. No adjustment has been offered. On top of all this, the next morning it was discovered that one shower had hot and cold back wards. That was corrected quickly.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMER'S WANTS AND NEEDS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THERE SERVICES.

EFFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE REGARDING WORK TO BE DONE. CAME ON TIME, DISPATCHER OF COMPANY PLEASANT AS WELL. I HAD CALLED THE COMPANY FOR A REPAIR JOB THAT WE WERE NOT TO SURE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE BACK UP, AND THE PLUMBER WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE IT QUICKLY!
