Highly soiled I would highly recommend the results made me cry for joy William ,Rachel ,and Tammy are hard wonderful workers!

If I could give no stars I would! I called and made an appointment, on the day of the appointment I was given a 2 hour window, I called to confirm and was told they had a 2 hour window. At the 2 1/2 hour mark I called back and was told they left me a message, (which they did not) I saw no missed calls, then they told me "something came up" and their technician would not be able to make it. So unprofessional. Go with a more reliable company that can keep appointments when they are set or at least will contact you in a timely manner.

The carpet looked very professionally cleaned when finished. I would hire again. I paid them after the job was completed.

Excellent! They were prompt and very professional. They gave good advice about keeping the carpet clean and we’re generally very good. They did a very nice job cleaning an old couch which was really dirty. All things considered an outstanding group! Frank Hamill

Initially things did not go too well due to a major misunderstanding about the price for the service. It has all been resolved now. David is great and I appreciate his willingness "to put things right." He was very professional, courteous and apologetic about the confusion. I will definitely use this service in the future

Excellent. The technicians, William & Kathy worked well together; very polite; communicated with me exactly what steps were used to clean my carpet. The results were excellent.

They were on time, communicated with me immediately about the state of the carpet (I was working so my building manager let them into my unit - something they also handled seamlessly), and did a terrific job (sent me a picture with proof). They charged me exactly the price they quoted, which I find doesn't happen very often. I was very pleased and would hire them again.

Bright Light sent a team of 3 people for my 1000 square foot condo. They asked where the tough spots were and completely removed them. They used professional equipment, worked very quickly, and had the carpet looking new before they left! Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
