It went great. We felt like Andrew took a lot of pride in his work, he said that and it showed. He was very thorough, he worked on figuring out the problem by process of elimination until he got to this point in the line where the problem was occurring. He was also able to fix this other problem with a faulty part at the plug that was unrelated. We were happy with that, too. He did leave holes in our ceiling that he didn't repair. I thought his prices were fair, his quality of work was okay but I was disappointed in the mess he left.

It was a small project and everything went very well.

The technician came right out when he said that he would. He looked around for a few minutes and figured out what was wrong. He told me what had caused the problem and how I could fix it. He was informative for me. I think that one hundred dollars a steep for a service call.
