Extremely prompt response. Showed up on time. Knowledgeable, and courteous, performed the inspection thoroughly, and attempted to fix the old faucet without success. Returned promptly after we got a new faucet and installed it quickly and easily. Cleaned up after work. Appears to be a small local family-owned company. Would definitely use again.

I CANNOT PROVE IT BUT I AM PRETTY SURE THAT THE PLUMBER DROPPED THE FAUCET AND CRACKED IT AND THEN LIED TO ME ABOUT IT. I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THINGS THOUGH.
