They have high price but have really good stuff. They're a little on size but they're good. They have lot's of good stuff where you just can't get anywhere else and it's convenient to go to and to order to. They're knowledgeable and informative. It's an on going project for me so I kept going there to buy stuff to use but it's a little slow going on. They have good quality product and the staff seems to work pretty good.

The service was fine before the order came, but once they had my money, the customer service was utterly awful. We had some issues with some of the lumber and they were extremely rude about it, trying to suggest that perhaps we had picked out the wrong wood in the yard. They also misinformed us on the type and quality of the wood. As far as the doors are concerned, once we had received the doors we had a couple questions. The rep who we used -- Jeff Hawkinson -- has yet to respond to us after at least 4 voicemails and two emails. I am astounded at the lack of customer service and the lack of professionalism. After this experience, I will never give any business to Beronio again.

They were very helpful and had a decent inventory. Better quality doors than Home Depot. The service was good and price was right.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL; NOT AT ALL PUSHY & VERY HELPFUL. IT ONLY TOOK 2 WEEKS FROM THE TIME THE MEASUREMENT WAS MADE TO INSTALL MY WINDOWS.
