Mr. Jones has zero professional integrity and is looking out for his own interests exclusively. Every element to create architectural plans for submittal was exploited for his own financial benefit. Each requirement was made more complicated thereby increasing his billable hours. Many “mistakes” were made and costly processes had to be repeated. In the end, no task was completed. When confronted with his lack of integrity and professional ethics, he became belligerent, difficult and either combative or non-responsive. After I was forced to get oversight of his work, he quit the job and became vindictive, employing extortive strategies. After paying $30K on a $12K contract, I had to have the entire package redone because it was so poorly executed.
