They guy who does the work is a little bit hard to understand but he was very thorough with the inspection. He came in significantly lower than the other estimates we had got. He did a very good job. They house was empty and they left some places not clean but we kind of expected that. We eventually got a 7/10 job for a 4/10 price. We were happy with the price we received. The floor we had done was 100 years old. They were available for the time frame we wanted and cheaper than everybody else. He did not try to up sale us. Doing the floor was their primary focus. The floor is not the best but it is good. They showed up early.
