BAY HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Bay worked along with some other contractors, and they did the job well. I had a small problem with a thermostat, but the owner was quick to resolve it. Their bid was the lowest of all that I researched. The price includes new duct work and a new furnace.

They were very clean. We did not have any problems with them. They were very prompt and courteous.

They were fantastic. Very punctual. They were willing to try creative ways to lower the cost. Top quality and response to my needs. I have recommend them to other people as well.

They did a good job and I was impressed. They were the only company that was reasonable priced and was willing to fix all of the little things. It was not a big job and they did a great job at helping us out.

From the minute I called the office until the job was completed, I experienced nothing but great customer service. The girl that answered the phone took my information and said that the owner would call me back within 1 hour to set up an appointment. Vinko returned my call promptly and came out the next day. The actual work was performed quickly and cost effective. He explained all aspects of the job and what the price was going to be BEFORE the work was performed.

I have had BAY HEATING out to my house before to troubleshoot my old furnace. At the time, it was suggested that I not invest money into this unit and replace it. I didn't take his advice. Sure enough, several months later, it completely died. ''Vinko'' credited the money I spent last time, but he also came in under his original estimate because he was able to get a floor model that was discounted!! Every step of the way, ''Vinko'' did his best to make me understand exactly what was going on and why we were doing what. He was very professional, as was his staff. I AM VERY PLEASED!!! If ever I should need help in the heating department, I won't hesitate to call on them again. It should also be said that I got two additional estimates, and BAY HEATING's was right in line with the lower of the two. IT WAS AN ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Owner came assessed the problem on 6.05.06. Sent his assistant Steve back on 6.6.6. He was really Great! He knew the business and paid attention to details. He even went to the hardware store to get NEW screws, because the old ones were rusted! Also he made sure the area was clean when he finished and he recoiled my drop-light. I like a workman that do the little things..it make it easy to believe the 'big' stuff is done as well.

Very Pleasant, Prompt, and professional. Would use again.
