Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. We received three bids for the work and Bay Counties was one of the lower ones. We had to work with him quite a bit of front to lower the cost more in line with our budget. Alex was very flexible. The work was done very well and we could not be happier with the result. Alex took care of all the permitting, getting materials, contructions, and clean up. Alex also worked directly with out landscape designer.

NOTE I am filing this report as a next door neighbor who's house is being impacted by the work these guys are doing. The neighbors hired a deck and fence company called Bay Counties Construction to rebuild the foundation of their San Francisco house because it was old and crumbling. Every house in the neighborhood that has this done slides steel I beams through the length of the house, sets them on cribbing and jacks the house up as a unit so they can work on the walls and foundation. These guys tool a low budget approach and skipped the steel and cribbing, instead using 4x6's and sledge hammers to lift one wall at a time causing their house to rack into mine resulting in all the doors on being very hard to open. In addition to the racked door frames its like an earthquake is shaking the house as they try and pry out chunks of concrete instead of breaking them up into smaller pieces. When I talk to them about the things happening to my house as a result of their work, Alex Anquiano the PM, says in a friendly way that they are not working on my house so the work they are doing next door could not be impacting my house. That said he would be happy to plane my doors down.... I know how to remove and plane the doors, the issue is their methods are messing with the shape of my home. My recommendation is to stay away from this company unless you want a fence or a deck. And then if you like their bid check many references
