The products are of high-quality. The prices and service were poor. I paid $200 for 8 pulls/knobs most of which had to be special ordered. They added a "fuel surcharge" to that. When I picked up the items they gave me cheap screws that could be bent off, according to the drawer size. Even when bent off (they didn't instruct how to do this or even what type of screws these were) they didn't work. I went to another hardware store to get the correct screws. I think that for this kind of money, one should get better service. They act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you buy their knobs. Look elsewhere unless you want the novelty of a single fun knob, and then you may not notice the poor service or over-pricing. You can find the same items elsewhere for less.
