plumbing, drain cleaning

Unfortunately the construction company has since gone AWOL, but Brendan is very sympathetic to our stranded situation and could not have been more responsive, polite, helpful nor excellent with his work. He returned phone calls within one day, appeared at the designated time, was considerate with our requests to remove shoes, lay dust cloths etc. He also was willing to offer useful bits of advice that will be very helpful in the future. Brendan is smart and efficient. We have definitely found our plumber! I also trust him completely. Our job was done in two sessions. On the second session, I felt completely comfortable leaving Brendan in our home to take a 45 minute run.
Description of Work: Brendan repaired the drain mechanism that opens and closes the drain in our bathtub. It was installed incorrectly two years ago, and finally broke. The repair required Brendan to saw a tidy hole in our bedroom wall to access the space behind the bathtub. He was incredibly tidy, laid a blue drape and was very compulsive about not scratching our finishes, carpet or adjacent wall. The bathtub work is being paid by the original construction company. Additionally, he caulked a leak around the kitchen sink and snaked a downpipe from the upstairs roofgarden. He successfully identified a narrowing in the downpipe and provided suggestions on how we can avoid future clogs in the drain. We were only charged for the snaking.
