Great. Mark returned my call timely. Scheduling handled by the office in Cantonese with my tenants. The job took 1 day, the old door was removed and new one installed, pre-primed for painting. So far, no problems. Very quiet door!!

They did a fine job. The price was quite a bit less than the other bids that I got so obviously I went with that. Absolutely they were great. A friend of mine uses them and so that was it and then I looked at Angie's list on top of that. They were very professional. The quality of service was terrific. There was a little problem and the owner came out 8 o'clock in the morning or something 9 o'clock and I was impressed. I would use them again in the future.

Owner, Mark Griffin, discussed all options. He had the windowed portion dimensions changed to better suit my house. The install went smoothly. His crew came back to adjust the tension and lubricate the opener a couple of times at no charge.

I made an appointment for an estimate for a garage opener and 2 garage doors. After one week I still have not received an estimate.

They did a good job. They found out that the problem had to do with all of the rain we had. The technician was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He also have me great tips to prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.

Appointment was set very promptly after my initial call and the quote received the same day they came to look at the job. The owner was the person who came to give me the quote. They were very friendly and efficient, explained all my options and also the process of installing. They also were very clear how quickly they could install based on my selection and their schedule. All of my questions have been answered promptly and courteously. I chose them to do the job and it is scheduled but not yet completed.

The garage door was exactly what we wanted and of a very high quality. The price was reasonable. All the staff that we dealt with were highly professional.

They installed a new sectional garage door, and motorized closer, in place of our old single piece door and genie closer.
It was not a simple installation since we have a very old house and they had to resize the garage opening to fit a standard size.
Very good job - took them two days - they had expected to get it done in one; they did not charge more even though it took them a lot longer than they expected.
We had an additional twist - after they had installed the garage door we had to have them remove and reinstall it because of carpentry work - they charged an additional $490 for this extra service - which I felt was reasonable. When they came back to reinstall the door they had to spend almost a whole day doing the job - the carpentry work had altered the garage door opening and anchor points - they did an excellent job of reinstalling the door.
While I saw other companies with lower prices I think I made the right choice with Mark's company - all the work is first quality and they responded quickly when we needed them to remove/reinstall the door.
The door itself has greatly reduced our road noise and the garage door opener is certainly a lot quieter than our old Genie.

They were a little slow in responding, however, very professional and punctual.

Great. The old one was damn loud. Why we lived with it for a few years I do not know. Price seemed reasonable, installation went smoothly, crew was professional.

They came out and figured that the brain to the garage door was not working properly. They were fast and courteous and came out to replace the thingy.

HAPPY WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE GOOD NATURED, FRIENDLY INSTALLERS. REPLACED THE MOTOR AND THEN MADE SURE THAT THE GARAGE DOOR WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
