I usually provide him the parts. They are very reasonable with labor and I found that to be very reasonable. Our cars are older cars. I have a 2004 RAV4, 2002 RAV4 and '96 Toyota Corolla, so I can't say what their experience would be with newer cars. I didn't have any issues since the service was provided. I actually have to encourage him to do stuff so they are not going to take you for a ride or anything. I have always been happy I have never been overcharged for anything.

They did the work as requested. There was a communication problem, as I didn't get called when they had the estimate ready, and didn't get called when the work was done. Other than that, they seemed professional and responsive.

I am pretty happy with them. Their pricing is very good, and that is my main reason for going there. I would highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Ben Chen for two years. It was a smooth experience as always. I like his honesty. He has saved me money by informing me not to conduct unnecessary repairs and alterations suggested by other shops and "friends" with auto repair experience. His prices are very good, many of the taxi companies send their vehicles to be serviced in this shop. I like to use certain brands of oil and filters, and Ben lets me bring them in without charging me extra for the work.
