They were great. They were really experts and had the model and year when I walked in. It took an hour or two and it was done. They were professional and easy to work with. It was a good price.

BUT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DEAL FROM ANGIESLIST AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND OTHERS WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANIGIESLIST EITHER. 
For the following reasons:
1. I have had bad experiences with some providers sold by angieslsit. There is no real criteria of screening before selling these deals. Many providers are rated B or so which means their service has been unsatisfactory. I have even had disappointing experiences with their A rated providers. Angieslist is just trying to profit from selling these deals without a consideration for the quality of service or consumer protection.
me2. In some instances, even the provider accepted the extremely poor service and admitted to a refund. However, angieslsit did not agree with that and did not allow the refund!!!  In one instance, the service was not even provided since the merchant did not deliver it in a timely fashion. Again, they accepted their short-coming and agreed with the refund. However, angieslist blocked the refund due to a " 30-day refund policy!!! It is ludacrious that they expect a 30 day refund request while the provider that they have recommended has taken longer to respond. If I had bought the deal directly from the provider I would have received a refund and an apology. But angieslist, instead of being on the side of the consumer as they advertise., is only after making their own profit. 
3. For the above reasons, I recommend using yelp in your area, finding high-rated providers and shopping from them directly. Yelp is indeed impartial, but angieslit is basically trying to make money for itself. In addition, yelp is free! It is ironic that angieslsit charges us a membership fee to help us consumers avoid dishonest merchants while they themselves are the most dishonest merchant of all time.

Within one hour of my call, the owner came to my home, analyzed the situation, made suggestions, agreed on a plan of repair. He returned exactly on time, one hour later, and spent the next four hours carefully and respectfully working in our home. He totally rewired a very complicated and tight area with multiple cords and cables. He made sure all systems were operating perfectly before leaving. He cleaned up the work area perfectly. He prepared a bill, then sent me a copy via email, as promised. This was great, great service, efficiently and properly done.

We are very satisfied with the final appearance and functionality. The installation looks like it was done during the complete renovation. the men worked continuously while they were here and I think I was charged based on the actual time it took to do the job. The final cost was above the over the phone estimate but seemed fair. The workmen might have been the owner and a long time employee. Their work standards were very high and we are pleased to recommend this company.

Work went very well. Workers showed up when scheduled. Worked closely with Farzin on selecting the appropriate equipment prior to the bid. Completed work for the bid amount.

He is a little pricey. They are professional although and very knowledgeable. They are responsible and I would recommend them to other people. They were there are on time as well. It is all high technical stuff they installed, so it was a lot of work.
