Upholstering
I had an embroidered window seat top made into cushion, after it had been sitting in my dresser for at least 6 years. I brought in the top and remaining fabric to Jim Attard. Jim recommended piping, which I agreed with, and since I didn't have enough fabric for piping, he told me how exactly much additional fabric to buy. I was envisioning a 2" thick cushion; Jim recommended 3", warning me that if it was too thin, that it would "look like a pancake." However, since the finished cushion wasn't too big -- 14" x 47" -- and the seat was already 18" high off the ground, I didn't want it to look too fat and in the end, we agreed on 2.5", which turned out to be in perfect proportion.

Excellent workmanship. Customer may bring own fabric. Owners have good eye for design changes. Reasonably priced.
