It's taken me a couple months to get around to writing this, but the fact that I'm still motivated to do so attests to my appreciation of the service by Associated Heating. My furnace problem turned out to be pretty simple--a corroded connector--but it was great to have Bryan from Associated Heating systematically troubleshoot the situation and give me the good news. Beyond that, what was really extra appreciated was that Bryan remained to help me answer various questions about the furnace and its maintenance. He even took the time to add oil (a tricky process) to an old-fashioned blower and motor attached to the gravity-fed furnace to give it forced-air capability. He seemed to be expert in his knowledge of furnaces and happy to share it with me. It was a positive experience and nice level of service, and the furnace now works very well again.

Technician Bryan came in on time, serviced the furnace, and gave me a comprehensive report. The price was quite reasonable. I really appreciated the conversation about my furnace model's weakest component, the starter. Bryan explained to me that the starter in my furnace is still working but it is a high failure rate component, and it's out of production. Together we located one on E*Bay and I could still buy it at a reasonable price, tucking it away for possible future need. Now, if the starter fails, I'll not have to worry about replacing a starter for the price of a furnace! Thank you very much Bryan.

Associated Heating was the fourth company I called. The first three did not returns calls, ever. Associated Heating answered my first call, asked a few questions about our equipment and the symptoms, and scheduled the service call. The technician, Bryan, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He seemed quite skilled and experienced. He did not have the exact part, but put in a heat limit switch of lower heat rating interim to ordering and installing the correct part. My overall experience with Associated Heating was outstanding, good communications, responsive and competent. I definitely recommend them and would use the again.

Excellent. Technician charged me for just 1/2 hour of labor, and gave me a much-appreciated education on air filtration for our home.

Everything went great. Before the job started they helped me figure out where to put the new furnace and how best to arrange the new duct work. The installation itself went smoothly and I'm very happy with the new furnace.

I have used Associated Heating twice since we bought our house about 2 1/2 years ago. The first time, they inspected and performed maintenance on our heater and cleaned our ducts. The second time was a routine annual maintenance call. Both times the service techs were punctual, polite and efficient. I was very pleased with the service and cost. I will definitely call them for the next service or in the unfortunate event that I have an unplanned repair to our heating system.

There was something wrong with the furnace and it was not lighting. They figured out what exactly the problem was. The job went really well. We were really pleased with them. Jeff was the service guy and he was really good. He went step by step on everything. He told me exactly what was going on with each wire and how it was connected and how the whole thing worked which was very nice. The price was fairly reasonable.

I thought the people were pretty good. They knew what they were doing and did it relatively quick.

I have been using them for years and they have always been extremely helpful. They are very reasonable and never try to take advantage of you. I am blown away by how economical they are.

They returned our initial call quickly, the onsite service person was professional and a pleasure to have in our home. The part took a day to get (over the weekend) but they were back when they said they would be to install the part.

Heater suddenly decided to not turn on. Not a good thing in the middle of the winter. We feared the worst. We called three places, but Associated Heating was the nicest and most responsive. They showed up on time. They could have told us some major repair was necessary. Instead, they quickly found that a simple electrical switch was not working. $150 later we were cozy again. Thank god for honest repair businesses.

Furnace would not function. Bryan spotted the burnt out igniter as soon as he took off the access plate. He replaced the faulty igniter, fixed a small gas leak that I forgot about, and fixed the access door so that it would not rattle anymore. He did all that in about twenty minutes.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. We had old asbestos ductwork in our house which was built in the 1950s. The person from Associated Heating explained why they needed to replace them (the ducts were crushed in places, which can release the asbestos), described the process, and also determined why we had no heat to one room (no ducts!). They also made a section in our garage safer, where the current pipe was too close to flammable wood/materials. We were very happy with the work done.

Bryan from Associated Heating fixed our furnace quickly and professionally. The company was great at setting up and confirming the appointment. When Bryan was running a little late, both he and a dispatcher notified us. The work he did was clearly explained and professional. Highly recommend this family owned business that takes pride in their services.

I am very pleased with their service. I felt the cost was extremely reasonable.

We got a rebate back after the installation. Everything was excellent, they did a really good job. We had a minor problem with punctuality.
