They were punctual, speedy and clean.  I couldn't have asked for an easier job.  I'd use them again.  Great guys!

Overall a pleasant experience.  we went to Armstrong's shop on West Portal and with the assistance of a knowledgeable salesman, Kevin, selected suitable carpeting.  kevin came to see the apartment, measured it out and sketched the best and most economic way on cutting the carpeting to fit the premises.  This measuring of the floor plan is somewhat tricky because of alcoves, closets and diagonal cut-offs.  But he managed beautifully.  The overall price was less by several hundred dollars than 7 years ago when the apartment got the last carpeting job.  This even though the square foot price of the carpeting was almost the same.  Kevin also has a very keen 'color sense,' which helped in harmoniously matching the existing wall colors with the carpeting.

They were very careful about measurements and directional alignment. The carpet had a sculptural pattern and it was very important that the light coming in the windows played that to it's advantage. Everything went according to plan. Couldn't be more pleased. I believe we dealt with one of the owners (sorry I don't recall his name) and he was great (as were others we spoke with there).

Visited the store - Steve was very helpful in providing options. Selected a carpet and Steve came out to our house shortly after for a quote. Gave the go ahead, selected a date and carpet was installed in about 2 hours. Doesn't get much simpler than this!

Every step of the process was excellent. Armstrong has a terrific selection of natural fiber and domestically manufactured rugs and carpets. At the store, they struck the perfect blend of professionalism and helpfulness while giving us plenty of time to look at things on our own and talk among ourselves. They explained exactly how the purchase and installation process would work. Our installer was a pro, and we've had no issues in the six months since installation.

Armstrong quickly made us beautiful matching door mats and rugs out of the scrap pieces of our rug, and went the extra mile when they did so. Knowing the room they'd just carpeted, Armstrong made two longer, narrower mats for inside of both of our sliding glass doors, as well as three smaller mats for the two room entrances and nearby bathroom floor. This was an unexpected, smart and thoughtful touch.

We chose a rather expensive carpet, it being 100% wool, so don't let the price shown here dissuade you from hiring Armstrong. They have a wide selection and the prices on everything were reasonable and more than fair for the high quality experience from start to finish.

Don't waste your time with anyone else. Liam and crew know their s***, respond when they are supposed to, and do the job right. They installed runner carpet on the stairs. It looks clean and professional. They were cheaper than the rest as well.

The were prompt, polite and very professional in all my dealings with them.

Armstrong put new flooring in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were incredibly helpful, very reasonably priced for the quality (which was very high), and extremely professional. There was a minor issue with the flooring in one of the baths and they were quick to replace it with no additional charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Quick estimate, timely installation and great communication.  Start to finish, I could not have been happier.

It went very well. Liam walked us through all the options, showed us lots of carpet choices. He came to take the measurements and brought the final 3 samples with him for us to look at it in the condo's natural light. The installers were great, very knowledgeable, and fast.  They finished ahead of schedule.  They were very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

They were excellent.  They were on time and clean.  They were extremely helpful in working with us to select the right material to use.  When there were some minor problems with the installation they were very thorough in addressing them.  I didn't really do any comparison on price with other providers.  I actually plan on using them to do some window covering.

Overall it went very well. Two workers came out and did the work, both were very punctual, friendly, professional and did great work. There was an unexpected event that came up but after talking with Liam, he agreed to have them do the work and we split the extra cost.

The job took about 4 days and I was very, very happy with the outcome. A few months later a tile started to lift and I called Liam. He was very agreeable to send someone out to fix it. The worker wasn't here more than 15 minutes, showed me how something worked its way under the tile, fixed it and thanked me for calling right away because it was very easy to repair at this stage.

I am looking to put in carpeting in a bedroom and some kind of hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, hallway and den within the next couple of years. I have no doubt. I will call Armstrong directly for the additional work.

They were very professional, we just aren't ready for the project just yet. However, we fully intend on using them when we are ready. They came very promptly, and were very punctual. The carpet installation price seemed very competitive.

I think it was fine. It wasn't a huge job and I haven't seen it because I haven't been back up there, but from the reports from the caregiver it seems to have gone well and seems to match fine. It was hard because I used them long distance and got them from Angie's List. It was a very small job, and I don't know what it would be like if I had a really huge job. I don't know how it would be if I had been there to see what they were doing. I have nothing to compare the price to. From what they used, I went and looked at a local place to see what was chosen to put in. He had recommended something and I went and looked at that brand. I actually ended up choosing another color that I thought would go better, which was slightly different. Working with them was great. They came when they said they were going to come, they finished up when they said they would.
