Alvaro did an absolutely terrific job. He was very pleasant, professional, punctual, and tidy. He was able to repair and paint behind the toilet without removing and re-installing it, and the room, which was previously in dire shape, now looks wonderful. The entire project went more easily than I had imagined, and he worked steadily, carefully, and produced a result of excellent quality. He repaired cracks and an area of damaged drywall, installed baseboards, primed and painted. I plan to hire him again to refurbish other rooms in my house.
