All State Appliance Repair

This guy came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem with my dryer before even opening it up, fixed it, and was gone in 45 minutes. Totally friendly and smart, and work is guaranteed, he said call him immediately if there is any problem and he’ll come back for free. The charges were less than expected, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. spectacular! My towels come out dry as a bone

quick response. showed up the next day with the parts needed. it's a high end dishwashe and not many people work on the brand.

Alex was punctual and professional. Very nice to work with. Parts had to be ordered and then he returned to make the repair in a about a week. While here he noticed lots of dust and cat hair had collected under the fridge and suggested that it was preventing the air from circulating properly around the refrigerator. He cleaned it all out for me at a very minimal extra cost. Work was done quickly and he left everything very clean.

He was very good. He is also reasonable for the price.

We called All State Appliance based on the listing here. We had never used them before. I called around 3:00 PM. It was not urgent but they said someone would arrive within a couple of hours. A repairman did indeed arrive in about an hour. He took at least 45 minutes to diagnose our problem, which unfortunately was not fixable due to the broken part no longer being made. They charged us $35 for the work, which seemed quite reasonable given how quickly they responded and how much time it took (about an hour all told). We would definitely use them again for appliance repair.

Fine.  I thought that they charged for their parts online but we talked and I forgot what he said.  They came out soon after the purchase date.  I felt the part was overpriced compared to what I could see on the internet and I didn't like that.  I called the customer service for help when he was here and I just talked to him and excepted it, he had some reason for it but I don't remember what.  I felt a feeling of distrust about the parts.

Excellent experience.

The guy was wonderful. The repair was not under warranty. He did charge me, but it was reasonable. He has genuine parts. He gave me some advice on how to use the dishwasher efficiently. He is expensive, but I get what I pay for. He actually does the work or tells me. He comes and he looks at the machine. He takes it apart and tells me what is wrong, tells me how much it's going to cost. If I say no and that it's too expensive, he puts it back together and goes away. He doesn't charge me anything. He was willing to come out the next day. He was here within the few minutes when he said he would be here.
