Air Flow Pros Heating and Air Conditioning

We were very thankful to find Jose on Angie's List. He answered our call in the late afternoon, and was able to repair our heater the next day. He was easy to talk with, did the work efficiently, and charged a reasonable price. We highly recommend his company.

We could not be happier with Rudy and his crew at Air Flow Pros. Super fast response to our initial inquiry on replacing our furnace. They were on time to provide a quote, on time to install, and their customer service has been FANTASTIC! The guys who installed the furnace were professional, did a great job and were extremely nice as well. Follow-up has been great and we are very happy. Would absolutely recommend Air Flow Pros for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Excellent experience using them. They quickly responded to a phone call requesting service. They indicated there was a $95 fee for a diagnostic service call if I decided not to go ahead with their recommendation and set a 2 hour window for same day service. Then they called back to ask if they could come earlier because of a cancelled appointment. Upon arriving, the service person quickly diagnosed the problem, indicated it was not unusual for that furnace and that he had the part available. Less than an hour later the furnace was running again. The service person was helpful beyond the original problem and checked filters and other components.

When I remodeled my house, they installed my whole new heating system and then my house can have central air. They put in central air conditioning. I'm really pleased with the results. They seem very responsive when there been some glitches in the system and stuff.

It was fantastic. They were a little late but they called me to warn me that they would be coming late. They came and they were very personable. They fixed the problem quickly and helped me out. They were just straightforward and did what they said they were going to do.

I met Rudy of AirFlow Pros, who arrived within 10 minutes of my
reporting a Thermostat shortage via Home Advisors. Long story short, I
soon elected to have AirFlow Pros remove and replace all
old/asbestos-laden ductwork with new ducts and plenums to two heaters
installed in a 2-unit building. Rudy and his crew seem to work around
the clock, 7 days a week, but they were able to subcontract the asbestos
removal on a Friday, and install all the new duct work on a Saturday,
Sunday, and Monday morning, with everything taking less than 4 days.
Totally painless process. Everything left neat and tidy. They even replaced gas line connectors and valves - over
and above the original quote, but for the same price. Fantastic experience, very professional,
and San Francisco locals. Worth every penny.
