They did an acceptable job of getting things up and running again, and the only problems I've had since is that it uses up the battery at a noticeably faster rate (and they installed the pro version of Windows 7 rather than the home version, and I miss playing spider solitaire). They weren't particularly good at keeping me in the loop on schedule and work progress, though, finally prompting me to go by and visit in person for a status update, and missed one of their own deadlines. It's not that they performed poorly or unsatisfactorily; it's that they seemed pretty average, and I look to Angie's List for better performance than average.

It went very well. It was a rushed job, but he was able to finish it over night. I believe there was an extra charge, but I was willing to pay. I have used this company in the past and they have done a good job.

Not very well. Initially, I was over charged and it was a very unpleasant experience.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. There was a problem with the motherboard. It was done pretty quickly. They do a fairly good service with things that need to be taken care of quickly. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but I did pay for parts and labor.

They did an excellent job! They were extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, and even though they hit a few snags, they were able to resolve everything, restore everything, plus do a little more than was required, in a very quick turnaround time. It was worth every penny having them undertake this project. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and thorough. After I got home and reinstalled the computer, I had questions and called them up a few times, and each time, they patiently walked me through the process I was having a problem with.

They did fix the problem, but I do not like this company because of their policy and procedures. There is a certain fee per hour that enables them to work on the computer within 3 days. There is another fee per hour if you want your computer to be fixed on the same day that you take it in. It cost $30 more per hour for that service. I thought that was ridiculous. The work was good though. My computer has been running fine. They charged me for 1.5 hours of work.

I LIKED THE WAY THAT CAME TO MY HOME, AND WORKED ON MY COMPUTER. IT TOOK ONLY 3 HOURS FOR THE TECH TO FINISH TRANSFERRING THE FILES, AND FOR HIM TO CLEAN MY COMPUTER.

DOESN'T TAKE THEM ANY TIME AT ALL TO GET MY COMPUTER UP, AND RUNNING. BEFORE THEY RETURNED MY COMPUTER THEY EVEN CLEANED THE OUTSIDE OF MY COMPUTER, AND TRANSFERRED SOME FILES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

EFFICIENT SERVICE AS QUOTED 2 DAYS. COMPUTER WORKED BETTER THAN EVER. NO DATA WAS LOST.
