+ -1 moreExcellent. Alex showed up on time. He was extremely speedy, friendly, professional, and explained what was wrong with the locks (not what I thought; I thought they needed replacing but he was able just to repair them). He repaired them and they work great now. Later I went back to the ABC store location and talked to Katy, who also was very helpful.
Description of Work: Home visit; repair and re-key two locks; create multiple copies replacement keys.
