They weren't very clear about the procedure and all that entails. For example, they removed the toilet in the basement (and all the fixtures in the bathroom) but didn't put anything back.

We'd like to apologize if you feel you were not adequately informed about our procedures and services. Communication with our customers is a top priority for us. There was a problem putting the toilet back because we firmly recommend repairing the bathroom first. This includes installing new materials, flooring, and drywalls. If you reinstall the toilet before these repairs are made, you will actually be spending unnecessary time and money. As for the price of the water damage mitigation, we can reassure you that $3,280 for the area is a very fair price. This includes mitigation, demolition, sanitation, and mold remediation and machines. We would be happy to discuss again the reconstruction estimate and repairs, as we know you wanted to wait on this basement work. In addition, we would be happy give you 50% discount for air duct cleaning & dryer duct free of charge. As always, please feel free to call us if you have any questions or feedback."
