My girlfriend called these guys and arranged a pickup For the following day. Ecohaul agreed to come from 12-5pm. On said day, she called multiple times to confirm given she had to miss work and had arranged with her apartment given theres rules and regulations and they cant just go anytime they want (Need to reserve elevators, get the apartments approval for pick up etc.). Guess what? After she confirmed multiple times throughout the day (via phonecall) these guys didn't show up, nor had the decency to at least give her a phonecall to say they wouldn't show up. They just confirmed through the day and when 5pm came they were nowhere to be seen. So she missed work, arranged with her apartment manager, and now has to pay fees because of these guys were a no show. Highly recommend someone else unless you want to be cancelled on the day the way they did my girlfriend. Finally, we call them at 4:30pm and then they say they wont be able to make it. This is not ok guys, people miss work for this, have to schedule and arrange with apartments (if you are professionals then you should be aware you cannot just come any time you feel like it, theres rules around this). When we called them, they acted so confused as if they never even talked her nor scheduled anything. I understand things happen and its not a perfect world, if they weren't going to show up at least have the respect to communicate this to your clients so they can manage accordingly, but these company does not care. Its COVID-19 times and look what happened to us. Let this be a cautionary tale to any prospect clients. Now she is stuck trying to find another company last minute and paying fees to her landlord. Someone needs to speak up and warn SF residents about the professionalism of Ecohaul. We picked them for their high reviews and they seemed legit but beware, these guys have no respect. Arrived promptly and worked rapidly and carefully to load items onto their truck. Their estimate for cost was right on track and they were very pleasant and easy to work with.

The service was great. They arrived on time, loaded the truck, confirmed the estimate when seeing the load before starting and then swept up so the area was clean when they left.

Eco-Haul came to remove some debris from the garage. What I like about them is that they don't just take everything to the dump-instead, they have a variety of resources that they use to recycle and donate your unwanted/unneeded belongings. Their service was competitively priced to other hauling services. The men who came were professional overall, but they were almost two hours late, which was very frustrating. That said, once they arrived they did the work quickly and efficiently.

They were very professional, and they were on time and very prompt. They were very polite, they did a good job. They donating some of the material to a charity and gave me the receipt for it.

I called to get a price estimate (around $350). I booked online one week ahead (to get a $20 discount). I received a call from a representative to confirm the appointment. On the day of pickup, one hour prior to arrival, two workmen called to let us know they were on their way (driving from Petaluma to Cupertino). Ten minutes ahead of time they called to let us know they would arrive soon. We had already packed and compressed most of the items for hauling which turned out to be a lot smaller than we thought. On site their estimate was (around $250). They took about 45 minutes to compress junk items, smash down old shelving units, load, and then clean up. The final price after the discount was $160. They were quick, efficient, and the recycling greatest part!

Two guys came with their Ecohaul truck at around 11 am on a Saturday and were finished in about 1 1/2 hours or so. I had dismantled my wood deck and piled all the planks in the back yard (I also pulled up large number of nails). The guys were very courteous and did the work quickly. They went into the back yard and brought the planks to the truck without incident. They told me they were going to haul it to a compost facility up in Berkeley.
