Victor's Paint & Body Shop

After hitting a curb, my passenger-side front tire rim/hubcap looked pretty beat up, so I called a couple of body shops to see about replacing the parts. I was concerned that no one would be interested in taking on such a small project (i.e. one that doesn't bring in much money). Victor's was the second place I contacted, and he was thorough in his questions about the car and very professional. I ended up ordering a new hubcap and going in on a lunch hour to have him replace it. When he reviewed the damage, he pointed out that the rim was bent as well, and said give one of his men 10 minutes to remove the tire and fix the rim.
When all was said and done, the tire rim looked like new and the new hubcap was on. I don't think I was there longer than 15/20 minutes. The reasons I recommend Victor's Paint and Body Shop:
1. Victor is patient with gathering the information he needs to give you an accurate estimate. He didn't rush me on the phone.
2. He called Hyundai twice for me for 2 different parts quotes on the same afternoon, and called me back promptly with price information. If he said he would call back in a few minutes, he in fact called back in less than 10 minutes. I've had many mechanics who never even call to tell you when your car is ready, so I appreciate this level of professionalism.
3. Victor's prices are very affordable and the work is done quickly and well. This is a small business, not a chain, and note that there is not an air-conditioned waiting room with TV and free coffee (if that's your thing--I couldn't care less). But that is no doubt why he is able to keep his prices so low. I don't need to be pampered with bells and whistles, I just want my car fixed correctly without straining my finances.
In short, I will be taking my car back to Victor in a couple of weeks for sanding/repainting of my front bumper where it hit the curb. I highly recommend him.

excellent. i would use this body shop again in the future.

I dropped the car off on day 1, picked it up on day 4 and had the buffing done three weeks later (about two hours).

The car looks new.
