The Home Depot

They are great company. However, there are some products that could use a little updating. I can?t knock them because their price points are good, but you will end up replacing them sooner than the quality of products at Lowes.

I sent the water heater away and was disgusted that Home Depot would contract this outside installation company.  After minimal digging, I found out that Home Depot actually "owns" the installation company (something that is not advertised).  So...of course Home Depot gets a kick back for as many things they tell you that you need, via the outside company.  They even go as far to say they won't install it if you don't buy the proper parts (also known as extras you do not need).  Complete scam.

.The installation company did a terrible job. The seems were bad and it felt like there was something was under the carpet. They did not pack down the carpet on the stair case. We have squeaky floors and would have had that fixed if they would have told us about it. They used too much glue on a seam and the threads were coming out. They were also late on getting the carpet installed. We had to stay in a hotel until the work was done. I ended up getting a refund from Home Depot for the carpet and work. They still owe me for the hotel stay.

IT WAS OK. I WOULD RATE THEM A B. IT WAS CONVENIENT TO DO IT THERE. THE WORK WAS GOOD QUALITY, AND THEY HAD EXCELLENT RESPONSIVENESS.

PLEASANT AND JOB WELL DONE. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT THE WAY I HAD EXPECTED! CALLED AFTERWARDS TO ASK ME IF WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

WE LIKE THE LARGE SWING DOORS. THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM TO STORE OUR LAWNMOWER, MOTORCYCLE, AND ATV EVEN THOUGH THE SHED DOES NOT TAKE UP AN INORDINATE AMOUNT OF SPACE WITHIN OUR BACKYARD.

GENERALLY SATISFIED W/CALIFORNIA WARDROBE'S PRODUCT QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, INSTALLATION, RESPONSIVENESS & PRICING. UNFORTUNATELY THOUGH, WE WENT THROUGH HOME DEPOT'S SERVICE DEPT IN SYLMAR FOR THE ORDERING & SET-UP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE - FROM SALESMANSHIP TO ORDERING TO APPT. SETTING WAS MISERABLE & COMPLETELY LACKING IN PROFESSIONALISM AND ORGANIZATION.
