Russell's Delivery Moving and Storage

The staff is very professional. Everyone on staff has been with the company for ten to fifteen years. They were very prompt. What stood out the most is the efficiency and the professionalism. They did a beautiful job.

What they quoted me is what they charged me. They were excellent and the crew was amazing. They were punctual, quickly walked through my home and they offered me an hourly rate but I selected a flat rate. The crew was on time and move really fast. I didn't have anything broken and they were professional.

Russell's Moving and Delivery is the BEST! Super professional movers, really fast and focused, on time and took supreme care to make sure that all of our personal items were protected, packed and moved with the utmost care. We had such a positive experience with them and would recommend them to everyone. We could not have moved without them. Thank you Russell's!!

I picked this company walking to work one day.
Truck was clean, crew was clean, they looked busy; I asked for a card.
When it cam time to move they came out and gave an estimate the next morning, after my call.
A crew of 4 packed most of the apartment one day, about 5 hours work, wrapping, boxing and labeling.
They did a great job, breakage upon unpacking was so minor as to be not worth mentioning.
The next day a crew of 6 moved everything into an ABF truck, took ~6 hours.
Carlos was specialized in tight packing and did an outstanding job.
They unloading crew said that whoever loaded the truck knew what they were doing.

These guys were great and took the time to pack things the way we
wanted. For us, we were only going from west LA to a storage unit in
Lake Arrowhead and they stuffed the unit until there wasn't a space
cubic inch left! Will use again when we buy the next home and get
everything out of storage and into the new digs.

Russell's was professional but they nickeled and dimed you for all the small things such as packaging. I had it all packaged before they came but they re-packaged because they said it needed to be done a different way. They were not horrible but it bothered me.

It went very well. They arrived right on time and looked the job over and went back to their truck for supplies. My quote was for 2 guys, but after a few minutes there was a knock on the door and a third guy showed up. This was fortunate as it took all 3 guys to do this job. They wrapped my items to protect them and were done in only 20 minutes. They stuck with their original quote although I'm sure the rate for 3 guys is higher. I was so happy tipped them $10 each! I chose this company because the other company I called had a 3 hour minium, and this company was 1 hour miniumum, and then they charge you for 15 minute increments thereafter. Perfect for a small job like this.

They were very professional. They took care to make sure that the appliances weren't scratched or anything like that. I would entirely recommend them. They were very professional movers. They are easy to deal with and their movers are very professional. They are definitely worth hiring. I would use them again in the future.

We had to move twice within 6 months, which is awful! So I had 2 moving companies to compare--I was so much more pleased with Russell's than the movers we used a few months ago. In comparison, I thought Russell's was much better organized, more "on top of things' for lack of a better word, more professional. They were very organized in loading all our belongings, quickly, efficiently, carefully into the truck. They never gave me any reason to be concerned about damaging our belongings during the move. When we arrived at the house they were even kind enough to apply felt pads to all our furniture so it wouldn't scratch our newly installed floors. Again, everything was done with care, attention to detail. Jason and Steve were great! And, in addition -- because we were having new floors installed before moving in, we changed our move-in date 4 times --- Jim, our main contact, as well as everyone who ever answered the phone was very accomodating to our ever-changing moving date! We only had one problem -- VERY MINOR in the scope of all household moves -- they misplaced 2 rubber endcaps of a wardrobe bar. So, when I called to complain, they did the right thing by me and shipped me a replacement bar. I am always impressed when a company does what it can to right a wrong, even something as minor as this. (Sadly more often than not, I have had the opposite experience). I really would recommend Russell's -- I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and this was the best moving experience of the 3 companies we used. If we have to move again, God forbid, I wouldn't think twice about working with Russell's again!

They are excellent with price and always thorough and they are everything you look for in a storage and moving company. They have new trucks and everyone wears a uniform. Russell is there and does the estimate and is a straight shooter and is on site.
