The crew remodeled this den area in record time. I had a set, brief time period between rentals of my house and Roberto put up a wall and door, moved a laundry closet (with a stacked washer/dryer), created a new closet, and added a new window, recessed lights, a few new switches and outlets, telephone and satellite plugs. He also closed - and then moved -- a bathroom door to enter the bedroom. He brought in a flooring crew to match the existing hardwood floor and refinish the room. In addition, Roberto and crew reshingled the roof of the house as part of the job. I bought and paid for materials, but he kept the price down and finished the project in record time - one week. This is not the first remodeling project Roberto has handled for me, but the first I had time to write up. In every case, the work was done on budget and on time.
