Rob Richwine contacted me since my spinnet piano was overdue to be tuned. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time this morning and proceeded to check out my piano. He discovered that several flanges were broken, and told me he would need to pull the action out of the piano to make the repairs and to see the extent of the damaged parts. If there was too much damage and was not worth fixing (this piano is pretty beat up), he said he would replace the action and would not charge me anything. Fortunately, he was able to make the repairs at an extremely reasonable price.`
This is the second time we had Rob work on our piano. He was referred to us by a music store a couple of years ago, and we would not think of using anybody else. He is extremely personable, really knows his craft, and treats his customers very fairly. Rob is the type of person that, if he were your neighbor, you know that you and he would become good friends. I highly recommend him.
