Always pay attention to your mother's advice to get more than one estimate. Ismael Garcia did a superb job with his crew - and his estimate was one half of the first estimate, and about one fourth below the second. Furthermore, his personal involvement and attention to the project assured we were getting as good or better than the high-price spread. Could not be more satisfied.

Wow! He did everything he said he would, showed up on time or early and for the price he said it would be, all on short notice right before the Xmas weekend. Called him on Tuesday, he called me back Tuesday evening and set up appointment to inspect roof leak on Wednesday at 9 am. Showed up at 8:30 am, inspected roof, gave me an estimate of $450 to do the repairs and said he would be there at 8 am on Friday. When it was raining Friday a.m. and so unsafe to work on a roof, he called at 7:30 a.m. to reschedule for Saturday a.m. Showed up right on time, did the work in about 3 hours, for the price agreed upon, and left the job-site clean. Couldn't ask for more prompt, polite, and workmanlike service. He gave a one year guarantee on the repair. If only everything could go this smoothly!
