The office clerk had a bad attitude, unhelpful. He repeatedly got the
units wrong in the orders, which made it risky that we were going to
get the wrong amount of material. Delivery charged was doubled, but
corrected. That's not good for a $2500 order that the manager
admitted was substantial.
It also appears that there's a bait-and-switch. The material samples in
the office look like crushed rock with attractive variation of good
color and some glitters in it. The stuff we received looked like
crushed dyed cement, drab and uniform.
Worst of all, they sent the wrong color crushed rock. According to an
employee, it's is not unusual for customers to refuse delivery. They
refused to pay for the labor to remove it and install the
replacement. Waiting for the replacement delayed our job and raised
cost.
The only good thing was that the drivers of the huge forklift were very
skilled getting through the tight fit of our driveway and didn't do
any damage, except some tire marks on the blacktop.

BAD NEWS: after 2 months, the expensive polished black stones turned dull blue.
