All Region Painting

Its possible that Michael just had a bad couple of days, but his difficulties impacted my move-in adversely.Initially, he was responsive and we made arrangements to paint 2 rooms prior to a move-in.  His price was fair and he offered to save me some time by picking up the paints, once we had decided on colors.  We traded over a dozen emails which made me feel comfortable.  Unfortunately, Michael failed to show up for work on the date agreed.  He did try to call me the morning of the appointment, but I could not hear him over his phone and was never able to reach him despite several attempts.  Eventually he indicated that all of his cell phone chargers stopped working and was unable to contact me.  I'll assume that's all true, but I can't say its professional to leave a client in the dark all day. After more than a half a dozen phone calls to help with directions, he ended up delivering the paint to me (I saw no reason for him to be out of pocket for the materials), but that was me doing him a favor.  Instead of $475, I paid him $80 for 4 gallons of paint - not really a price break I'm guessing.  I hope he solves the communication issues and has success moving forward.
