I had them since 2008. They were here on the same day when I asked them to come. I always received an email from them and they were good in communication. I would keep this company. They were the best. They always found a solution to any problem and I'm very pleased with the service. They were honest and trustworthy. They were so dependable and they treated the people with kindness.

He was employed by the previous owner so I kept him on until I moved into my new home and got settled. I had never had a pool before and needed a chance to learn more about pool maintenance. I assumed that he knew what he was doing. Maybe he knows how to clean a pool, but he has absolutely no business sense at all.
It turned out that I had broken equipment that he never bothered to tell me about and did nothing to fix it. I tried to meet personally with him at my home to discuss the pool at least three times and each time he just blew it off - never called, never showed up. I have never had such lousy service before for anything.

If you want basic service ok. If anything goes wrong or you need to communicate with them, you will be frustrated. The lack of professionalism with the company is astonishing.
As for the nice guy, employee, that services my pool, he was good. I feel bad for him as It is not his fault for this review, but his employers.
