Tree Service
Tree Pros re-scheduled work to be performed due to weather. Have attempted to set up a follow up program for fertilization and maintenance of the tree several different times with promises to hear back from Anne to schedule appointments. She has never responded. Either this company is so good that they don't need more work, or they are have poor communication between their field personnel and office staff. As the customer, my not receiving any responsive communication one way or another is unprofessional and rude. I am taking my business elsewhere.

THEY ARE REALLY GREAT. THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND ON TIME. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND ALWAYS ANSWER MY DUMB QUESTIONS. I WILL KEEP USING THEM FOREVER.
