SANDERS LOCK & KEY

Very helpful! Because they don't normally do that, they just do towing for cars and trucks but they helped me. They didn't have to help me but they volunteered to help me.

Had problems with newly installed door. Would not lock properly.

Worker arrived on time. Evaluated the existing installation and discovered misaligned holes on door and jamb that were causing the problem. Installed higher security strike plates for deadbolt and lock-set. Made extra keys as requested.

Very pleasant person on phone contact and very good technician doing the work.

I had called Sanders after waiting two days for an appointment with a locksmith I had done business with before.

.I provided the parts and Sanders the labor. I wanted to make sure the hardware would be operational and fit in the existing space. Very personable workman did a great job. Met all my expectations. Would use them again

The lock on our front door was jammed, we couldn't lock the door.  Tammy of Sanders Lock & Key was very friendly and helpful when I called around 3:00 explaining the problem. I also told her I didn't want to replace the 20 year old hardware and lock on the door (if possible), knowing most locksmiths would likely want to replace the expensive hardware.  We set up an appointment for the next day (Thursday) between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, Tammy was concerned we couldn't lock our front door and offered to send someone out sooner, I assured her the next day was fine. 

8:30 Thursday morning Tammy called wanting to know if she could send someone out a little early, she was concerned the door didn't lock. She also told me the name of the employees who would be coming to my home, fifteen minutes later two lock men were at the house.  Eric and Lynn were friendly and courteous, they and their clothes were clean and well groomed. 

 After discussing the issue and inspection Eric took the lock apart for further assessment. He fiddle around with the lock's mechanism, they cleaned and lubricated it all then changed the screws inside the door that were the wrong size for the lock. After they reinstalled everything, they tested the lock inside and outside the house, with and without the key. The 20 year old lock worked as if  brand new!  After a few more minutes of lock talk, Eric told me it was mostly just a lube job, no charge.

The 'no charge' visit did not sway my review of this company or the three employees. I have used Sanders Lock & Key and also Sanders Towing a few times over the thirty years I have lived in the area, they have always been dependable and trustworthy. This recent transaction with Tammy, Eric and Lynn was excellent on all levels. I highly recommend Sanders Lock & Key in San Dimas.

Chris came  to fix my broken 37 year old front door lock. It took about a half- hour to get the broken part out and then we had to wait for a replacement that came in 20 minutes.  During that wait time Chris worked on the door hinges which were slightly bent and had caused  the door to not open & close smoothly for years. After fixing the hinges and completing the lock installation I was only charged for the parts and the labor to fix the lock. He didn't charge me anything for fixing  the hinges.

This is a professional and excellent company that far exceeds the typical service available today.

We just used Sanders Lock and Key and were very pleased. We are replacing locks on our home. Some of the locks were too old to rekey. He needed to return another time to finish the job, and didn't charge us for the second trip. We didn't purchase the right thing for one of the locks, and he happen to have the correct part in the truck. He said he would give it to us as a house warming gift, no charge. We felt that was above and beyond the call of duty. We will definitely use them again, and refer them as well.

I always have a spectacular experience. I have no complaints. They are extremely professional and always arrive on time. They are always willing to full fill my needs. I would recommend their services.

I RESEARCHED LOCKSMITHS AND DECIDED ON SANDERS. THEY HAD A BIG JOB TO DO AND DID FANTASTIC WORK. I HAD SIX MODERN LOCKS PUT ON SIX DIFFERENT DOORS. THEIR WORKERS WERE POLITE AND HONEST AND THE PRICE WAS EVEN REASONABLE. I WOULD NOT TELL YOU ABOUT ANY OF THE SERVICES IF I DIDN'T KNOW FOR SURE THEY WERE THE BEST. THE LOCKS LOOK AND WORK GREAT, THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND, AND I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
