They told me they knew how to do it & they didn't at all. They had to send multiple plumbers, which they charged me for, because they didn't know how to install it. Normal installation should take 2.5 hours, & they took 9 hours & charged me hourly for multiple people. I had to drive 140 miles total to get supplies for them & I spent 5 hours of my time because of their lack of experience.

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY CARING. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF OUR PROBLEMS AND BEEN VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. MOST OF THE TIME YOU CAN GET SERVICE THE SAME DAY OR WITHIN 24 HOURS.

THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY REMEMBER THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME TO DO THE WORK.
