When I wanted to explore what the cost of new foam in 5 sofa cushions was, I called Mission for an estimate based on measurements of the cushions that I did. They were very accommodating and gave me an estimate of $240. A few days later, I decided to go ahead with their service and called them one morning. They had time that day if I could get the cushions into them early, which I did. They measured the cushions (my measurements were very close) and I asked that they also restitch a couple of areas on a couple of the cushions. Total cost: $252 + tax. I picked the cushions up at 4:00pm that afternoon.

I asked Oscar to make my chair cushions by using a small ribbon in 5 places on the seat cover.  He or his worker decided he didn't want to do that, so they sewed a circle of thread in five places on the seat cushions.  I took it back and they redid it but I was not happy they didn't do what I asked.  They could have at least called me and asked if the change would be acceptable. Instead they just did what "they" wanted to do.
