I contacted Isaac whom I met at a baby shower of all places. One of my cellular blinds had a broken cord and was hanging askew. No matter what we did we could not get it level. Later I found out that the cords inside the blinds were broken also. Isaac showed me the groove on the plastic cord control which indicated that the cords were installed too tight and wearing down the plastic channels on the end housing and on the window. He replaced all the plastic cord controllers that were too taut. If you are wondering why I didn't have the original installer come back, when I complained to his company that the installation was also supposed to go from top down, he essentially said that was not true and wouldn't consider a fix. I had spoken to him at length about the west side where I wanted the window coverings to have that feature as well as the breakfast nook area. It is not easy finding someone who will fix the blinds that they haven't installed.
Isaac did not pressure me to buy new ones or any of that nonsense. He was very efficient, very knowledgeable "like he says, it's easy if you know what you're doing", and very neat. 
I will consider him when we are ready to expand the window covering upgrades.
