+ -1 moreTenant's had many cats that we were not aware of. House was infested with fleas and had cat fur throughout the house. Outside had the same issue with cats, plus cat feces everywhere. Exterior and interior of house was trashed by the tenants. Ivy took over part of the lawn, one side of house and wall, getting under the house and damaging the fence.
Description of Work: Were not aware of tenant's excessive damage to property. No follow-up.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended by an attorney who was helping me with tenants who were not paying. This company gave me nothing but the best of advice and took over managing my rental property. They helped me prepare the house and get it ready for the next renters. I had limited funds and they took that into account. Before I knew it they were bringing in great tenants and they take care of anything that goes wrong with my house. If the repair is a large expense they contact me right away and they give me suggestions if I should or should not raise the rent. They constantly send me reports on what is going on and I have been very happy with them. Their price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Mark Andersen & Associates as my property manager.
