Window Service
When they were installing the windows, they took away part of my home alarm. I asked them to come back and repair it or at least find the part that they broke off and they were not able to do even that. I have already complained to the manager and I don't think there is much they can do to fix it.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH LOEWS COMPANY AND THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDED. THEY REMOVED ALL THE OLD CARPET AND PUT IN THE NEW. IT ONLY TOOK THEM A COUPLE OF HOURS TO GET DONE.

WE HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER THE CAST IRON BATH TUB. WE ALSO LOOKED AT THE SPA TUBS IN THE BOOK CATALOG. WE PURCHASED THE TUB AT A RESSONABLE PRICE AND THE ORDER DIDN'T TAKE LONG. THE SALES REP. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL.

THEY REMOVED THE WOODEN GARAGE DOOR. THEY REPLACED IT WITH A SECTIONAL ALUMINUM GARAGE DOOR. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEIR QUALITY WAS OK. THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND FINISH BECAUSE THEY HAD MESSED UP THE FIRST TIME. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THEM.
