Just Pools and Spas Service and Repair

I called this vendor and he assured me that they would call back to schedule appointment. They never called back. I called again and they apologized and said they would call to schedule appointment. They never called back. Instead used PoolPro.com and the owner immediately diagnosed and repaired the problems and got the pool in pristine shape in time for son's pool party. Don Pollard owner of PoolPro now services my pool. He even got my pool water auto fill working properly. Great technician and person.

Johnny is great. I had interviewed about six other pool services before I found him. My last pool service was doing such a poor job and the water was green almost all the time. Finally I decided to drain the pool and start over. Johnny looked over my empty pool and equipment. He recommended some repairs to my pump to make it more efficient. I filled the pool and he came out to "shock" the new water and do the repairs. His monthly service rate is very reasonable. He knows a lot about pool service and explained all the certification courses he's taken. He does have others that work for him and he has them take the same courses. I actually learned more about taking care of my pool from him than I have had in the last 30 years with other services. My pool looks absolutely great.

It went very, the provider wasn't familiar with my spa however they were very helpful with any questions that I had. He programmed it for me although he was unfamiliar. He was able to do it for me.

I use them for my regular pool maintenance.

Use them a couple of years ago. However, now I've got a new problem.
So I've called them a couple of times in the past week, and nobody is responding.
This is not the way to build a business. So I'm back on Angie's List looking for another repair service.

maI was told that I needed a new filter.  But Johnny was able to fix the minor problems the filter was having. I had previously drained the pool based on the previous vendor's recommendation.  Johnny made the pool look wonderful despite the fact the pool needs some refurbishment.  I wish I had called Johnny first.  He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I could not be happier!

My pool was an unswimmable green swamp.  In three visits over the course
of three days, Johnny got all of the algae out and got the pool into
great shape.  It went so well that I have signed up for his regular weekly service.

He comes out weekly. The pool looks great. I tell him what I need and he does it. He comes out when he says he will. He and his son operates the business and I like that.

Started out fine.  The vendor called and made an appt. to give me an estimate.  On the scheduled date he never showed and never called to reschedule or tell me why he didn't come on the agreed-upon date.

,Johnny is awesome!  When he came out to take a look at our pool to give us an estimate, he discussed what he does, explained his costs and then texted me all the information so I had it for my records!  Since this is a new pool system, I have called him multiple times for help on how to do certain things.  He is very patient in explaining what I need and never seems impatient or tired of me calling!  We had a lot of construction done, so our pool was dirty.  He did a beautiful job cleaning it and even worked around our schedule because we had people coming over for a swim.  I cannot speak highly enough for his service.  What a peace of mind to know he is there!

I was very impressed by their promptness of getting back to me.  Having no idea on handling or maintaining a pool, their pool tech was extremely knowledgable on what services was needed to keep my pool in working condition.  His professionalism and appearance influenced me on contracting their pool services.  Also if you have any pets do not worry they are so pet friendly, my dogs took to him with no problem.

Just Pools and Spas has been great to work with - they are fair, keep the pool sparkling clean at all times, and are reliable.

We just bought a home in Claremont and had no idea how to care for a pool.  Just pools and Spas educated us on the needs for our pool and keep it looking beautiful year around. They are very responsive to customer needs and are extremely knowledgeable on all things Pool and Spa.

They returned my call promptly and came out the same day. They are very professional and friendly. My pool is always serviced on the scheduled day of the week, and anytime I contact them, they either answer or return my call right away. They even serviced my pool an extra time last week (free of charge) when I had my palm trees removed.
