They were good. I didn't have to call them back. The price was reasonable. They were prompt, courteous, and they did what they had to do so I was satisfied. Their pricing was average and the quality was very good. They were professional.

He's an excellent plumber. I've used him for years and I would use no other plumber. I'd recommend him to anyone, he's very honest and does super good work. His son, who is training with him, is just as good.

Dan was very nice and professional and I feel that he takes pride in his work. He told me what needed to be done and was very flexible about when the work could be done. He was willing to do the job the same day even though it was late in the day, but came back the next day because I had prior commitments. The job cost about $50 more than he estimated and that included a travel charge of $15.

They arrived on time. They quickly confirmed the problem, then told me what they intended to do to resolve it. They completed the work within a few hours. Once the work was completed, they asked me to watch the testing, which confirmed everything was working properly again.

We knew that the problem was either one of the shower handles' washer or stem, but we couldn't disassemble the shower handle ourselves. We gave up and called Diver Dan's for service. He asked us if the water was leaking into the wall (it wasn't) and he informed us that his first available appointment would be four days out, because it was not an emergency. We were fine with that, but he called us the next day and said he had finished another job in the area early and would like to come by to see the problem and give us an estimate. He quoted $110 plus parts and we agreed. At first, he tried to replace the washers to see if that was the issue, but he ended up replacing the stems. We found Dan's work ethic to be very professional and he was willing to try the simple fix first rather than jumping to a more complex solution. He solved the problem quickly and was very courteous.
