WELL, I'VE DEALT WITH THEM ON OTHER MATTERS AND I JUST CALL THEM UP AND THEY FIX IT. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT IT TOOK AN EXTRA DAY, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME AND IT WASN'T A PROBLEM FOR ME.

THEY ARE VERY HONEST, THEY DO NOT TRY TO OVER SELL YOU. THEY GIVE A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY BUILD A COMPUTER ACCORDING TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. THEY DID THE WORK ON SITE.
