Unfortunately, it is not increased neighborhood business that determines cost increases, but rather it is Clearwater's increased costs of chemicals, parts, insurance, fuel, license fees, labor (min. wage), etc. Our service technicians usually arrive to service a customer's pool within 60 minutes of the same time each scheduled service day. We guarantee that service will be the same day each week, but cannot guarantee that delays may occur that will effect an arrival time. Our Repair Dept does offer a 2-hour window of time for a scheduled repair and attempts to contact a customer if that time needs to be altered for a reason.
